ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿਰਮੌਰ ਸੰਸਥਾ 'ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ' ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਾਲਵੇ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਭਗਤਾ ਭਾਈਕਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਕੋ -ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਕਾਲਜ ਖੋਲਣਾ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਸੀ। ਸੋ ਇਸ ਮੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦਿਆਂ 'ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਭਗਤਾ ਭਾਈ ਕਾ ‘ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਅਦਾਰੇ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ 2013 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ । ਕਾਲਜ ਦਾ ਕੈਂਪਸ 11.5 ਏਕੜ ਦੇ ਹਰੇ ਭਰੇ ਚੌਗਿਰਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਸਦਾ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਅਤੇ ਰਮਣੀਕ ਚੌਗਿਰਦਾ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਿੱਖਣ, ਸਖ਼ਤ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਣ ਦੀ ਲਗਨ ਭਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਸਹਿ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਗ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ ਵਿਦਿਆ ਗਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੀ ਸਗੋਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਹੁਪੱਖੀ ਸ਼ਖਸ਼ੀਅਤ ਦੀ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਆਤਮ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ, ਆਤਮ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਤੇ ਉੱਤਮਤਾ ਦੀ ਖੋਜ ਲਈ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਵੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁ ਪਸਾਰੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੇ ਕਾਬਲ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ 'ਸਟੇਟ ਆਫ਼ ਦਾ ਆਰਟ ਕੈਂਪਸ ' ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਆਨਵਾਨ, ਸੂਝਵਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰਮਈ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਕਰਾਈਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
